General conditions for the booking

In order to give you clear and transparent guidelines concerning the booking, you can read the booking conditions below:

Deposit:

When you book a room, we will ask you for a deposit of 100,00 € per person.

We apply the following cancellation policy:

• up to 29 days before arrival – free cancellation*
• 22-28 days before arrival – 25% of the total price*
• 15-21 days before arrival – 50% of the total price*
• from 14 days onwards before arrival – 100% of the total price*

Extras not included in the half board:

• drinks
• the “kitchen dinner” which takes place once a week at most and at which 11,00 € are charged for the drinks
• the use of the infrared cabin with deep heat effect: 14,00 € for 30 minutes
• "Moar's Wellnesspak": bathrobe, slippers and leg gel 8,00 €
• the additional charge of 15,00 € per person for the gala dinner on New Year's Eve and on the day of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary (15 August)
• you are free to bring your pets with you – 9,00 € a day without food
• treatments (massages, baths, cosmetic treatments) in the wellness area unless indicated differently

Arrival and departure:

On the day of your arrival you can move into the room from 2 pm onwards. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the room until 10 am so that it can be prepared on time for the next guests. The bill can be paid cash or with credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) either on the day of departure or in the evening before.
